Delivery Information

Crazy Fresh have our own team of courier drives and also use third-party courier companies to deliver your fresh meals. When they are delivered you do not have to be home to receive them. Your meals will come delivered in a sealed insulated esky with an ice/gel pack, keeping your meals fresh from 6 to 8 hours. Our drivers will do their best to leave your box in a cool spot. If you have a specific area you would like the esky stored please add these details in your orders comment section as it is important your esky is left in a secure and cool environment.

If for some reason your meals have not been delivered and it is a fault of the couriers we will offer you a full replacement meal at no extra expense. If on the other hand the customer has made a mistake or error on your order we may help in covering 50% of the costs for a replacement order. Please note this entitlement can only be claimed once a year per customer.

Our delivery costs vary from postcode to postcode and how many meals you order in your carte, please proceed with your order to determine correct delivery costs. As a general rule of Thumb all orders over $50 receive FREE delivery.

Delivery Times

We currently deliver to most suburbs of the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. Please check our delivery postcodes on the product page or cart checkout page. The following delivery schedules apply:

Sunshine Coast: Wednesday between 07.00 and 18.30 or Friday between 07.00 and 18.30

North Brisbane: Wednesday between 07.00 and 18.30 or Friday between 07.00 and 20.30

Rest of Brisbane: We are working crazy hard at delivering to these suburbs soon, please contact support@crazyfresh.com.au for new updates.

Gold Coast: Wednesday between 07.00 and 18.30 or Friday between 07.00 and 18.30.

Unfortunately we are unable to give you specific time frames on your deliveries, however we do encourage feedback on delivery times that best suit your area. If your esky does not show up on your correct meal day please call customer support on (07) 5477 1687 and DO NOT CONSUME ANY LATE MEALS THAT MAY HAVE ARRIVED AFTER YOUR EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.

Returns/Refunds

*Crazy Fresh want you to be 100% satisfied with your crazy food, so we guarantee to offer you a full refund if you’re unsatisfied with your meal in anyway. All we ask you to do is firstly call customer support on (07) 5477 1687 or email support@crazyfresh.ocm.au. We may ask you to provide documentation, a picture or return the meal so that we can further process your refund.

All returns received within 5 days of your last order can be exchanged for a free replacement meal, store credit or a complete refund, Crazy Fresh are happy to accommodate either of these options. For the fastest turnaround of a return please ensure all replacements, store credit or refunds are communicated through our (07) 5477 1687 number.

If your goods were damaged in transit please ensure you contact us within 3 days of receiving your meals, this must be done so that we can contact our third party courier company.
